I got the rotisserie attachment for my Weber BBQ this Christmas (thanks to my darling fiancee!) & tried it out today.  Combined with another first:  marinating the meat with a herb dry-rub, I was very pleased with the result.  The meat was moist, tender and had a nice crust from the rub.  Will definitely be rotisserie’ing more often!  :-) [Not high quality]] photos below: A dry-rub marinade applied a few hours before cooking.  I just used all the remaining fresh...
