BBQ Rotisserie
I got the rotisserie attachment for my Weber BBQ this Christmas (thanks to my darling fiancee!) & tried it out today. Combined with another first: marinating the meat with a herb dry-rub, I was very pleased with the result. The meat was moist, tender and had a nice crust from the rub.
